I was worried the audio on this one would be poor because it's outdoors, but it was completely clear. I loved this sequence because it has a bit of everything (sun salutations, twists, balances and arm balances, etc) but also does not feel rushed at all. You are truly so talented and so generous to share your yoga with others. I silently thank you after every single one of my yoga practices. Namaste

  2. Incredible sequence! I particularly enjoyed the "shoulder stand" with the legs out to the side! First time I tried it and the way you took us to the pose was easy to follow!

  5. Hey, why are you so far from the camera? The background scenery is nice but we'd prefer to focus closer on you…..for yoga purposes, of course — not for creep purposes.
