  1. Not hating, but why do men want to get jacked and big. I have zero desire to try. I just want to get lean and ripped. Eating 7 meals a day . Doubking my carbs . Eating steaks. Simply to gain weight and get huge .

    For pros I get it. But so many kids want to get huge . They convince themselves to take AAS for a temporary look. Harm their bodies and for life. It’s like they are compensating or their ego can’t handle being normal sized so they take it to the extreme. It seems to be an epedemic today versus 20 years ago.

    Curious not trying to hate.
