  1. Bro Iam 16 .Iam doing your 10 min morning workout since a week .As iam indian I don't get sufficient protein because iam vegetarian .And also I can't buy whey protein .Because my parents think that these are all non sense stuff .Just focused on your study .So what should I do now

  2. I browse on your youtube channel regularly but since a few months, I’ve noticed that some of your videos are no longer here. Either private or deleted. I know because I have a playlist and it says « video no long available » which sucks because I really enjoy them…
