Hey yogis, this week I’m doing another heavily requested yoga class! This is an all levels 10 minute flexibility yoga flow. It makes a great morning yoga practice to stretch stiff muscles as well as a great evening yoga flow to unwind from the day.

If you’ve got flexibility goals, these poses will help you get there! We’ll mix static and dynamic stretches to give you the best of both worlds. Ideal for yogis who are short on time but want to stretch their entire body. Beginners welcome 🙂

  1. Wow! Am 46 and tried this today. I couldn't flex the way I wanted but I have to say I loved it! I feel like trying again tomorrow! Thank you! I need my back fixed and my flexibility back! 😀😀😀

  2. Can anyone help?
    I can't do the first pose, butterfly one, I get really painful pinching in I guess my right hip flexor area. First noticed this a few years back, but since I started doing yoga regularly I think I should stop ignoring it and fix it. Anyone have any suggestions?

  3. Hi Kassandra these short videos are awesome. I have problems with my psoas, lower back and hips, would you be able to do a short morning stretch for these areas, the full body videos have also been great. All the best S

  4. Wow this was amazing! The perfect amount of time too! I did this after cardio and even after only one time of doing this flow I feel the difference! Will definitely be adding this to my daily routine

  5. i'm so addicted to this video i've been doing it for a month now and it just feels so good and its crazy how much difference 10 min of this makes in the way i feel through the day.
