When I was doing the 30 day flat belly challange I always changed this workout because I just did it once and first I didn't felt it BUT yesterday I did it agan and now I really feel it in my stomach.I'm really thankful you made this workout Chole🙏 ,probably I need lower belly workout the most 💁

  4. i have been doing this workout for about a week now and today is a saturday im going to try to do it 4-5 times a day today since im not busy 🙂 thank you soo much your videos really help me keep me on track

    3RD UPDATE: okay finished my 4th round, i feel so good:)
