  1. Omg i cant believe I finish a freaking workout this my first time watching it and i can't believe i did 11 minute work out noramly i stop it at 4 minutes & quit dang 😊omg I'm sweating like a pig from the other workout i did but it stop right at 12 minutes so I went to this one

    this got easier by the 3rd day.
    i do this after my 2-3 miles jog then add in extra 5 mins ab workout along with this.
    my stomach is seemingly a little flatter but not much.

  3. I gained 10kg after spending 1 year in the states. (I’m from japan and I was there for studying.) after I came back, I did 4 kilometers running twice in a week (for P.E. class),under 500 calories each meal, and THIS every night. Lost 10kg in 4 months 🙂

  4. This was awesome! It was fun and short but made me sweat. And worked my abs without stupid crunches and without hurting my middle aged knees. Thank you! I subscribed, but I'm not very computer literate – does anyone have a link for the 'booty' one?
