10 Minute Morning Bed Yoga For Beginners | Day 5 Morning Yoga Series


This is a 10 minute morning yoga class you can do right in bed! Bed yoga is not only convenient but kinda motivating on those days where you find it hard to hop out. Getting a good yoga stretch in before jumping out of bed helps to wake up the body and set the tone for an energetic day ahead. Although this practice is called bed yoga, you may also hop on your mat as i did! This 10 minute morning yoga is perfect for beginners and anyone looking for a gentle yoga practice. This yoga class is also great for relieving stress and anxiety.

It is also the last day, Day 5! of the 5 day morning yoga series and if you made it this far give your self a pat on the back, a big hug. and if you only made it a few days that is still awesome! With busy schedules it is really difficult to find the time to fit in a yoga practice especially in the mornings where we are rushing. Any chance you get to hop on your mat is a step towards growth. Do your best and you will reap the reward.

  1. Laying leg circles is another great move for the hips. I kind of do this move already but your way of doing it is better because you go in a big flowing circle. Excellent Yoga series Bird — thanks for the videos & all the poses!
