  6. Good for an advanced-beginner level. I would suggest that those having a problem with a side plank could try a modified one (on an elbow instead of straight-armed). Side planks are not always easy for those with wrist problems. If that still poses a problem, you could even maintain the straight arm, but drop the knee on the floor. (I believe that is a pose name, but it eludes me right now. Some refer to it as a kneeling side plank … I don't know if that is the actual name.)
