  4. Hey luvv I had a question was wondering if maybe you'll be able to help me out..❤️❤️
    So I did legs today as in squatting and deadlifting. But tomorrow I'm thinking about putting in some stretches, couple sprints, mainly HIIT exercises, even though my legs might be sore. Am I ok with doing this or will it not help me with athletic gains

  5. I recently subscribed, I’ve found that her workout videos are like some of the only ones that have helped me tone my body. I have so many workout tapes I’ve paid for memberships but I don’t know if it’s just my brain but nothing works like her workouts do she’s genuinely so. great all the workouts I’ve tried from her always work if you have doubts, don’t, these really do work I’ve toned my body a lot I’ve lost 15 pounds from November since I started using her workouts. And seeing her actually struggle while doing stuff like a normal person unlike some of the workout tapes I have is really motivating too because you don’t feel so alone lmao.

  7. hello gorgeous <3 so I am trying to grow ma booty back (I've always went to the gym the last 2 years) but right know i just can't manage it so i wanna grow back those muscles at home. My question know is: Is it necessary that i increase the weight I am training with? I would say yes, cause that's what I've been doing in the gym and I mean the booty needs to be challanged in order to grow, but i can't buy a lot of different weights for home training 😀 Is there any equipment besides ankle weights you can recommend , like would it be enough if i switch up with resistence bands? And if anyone else has tips to gain a booty at home then comment, would be so awesome! <3
