  1. Thanks so much, Sarah! I really like how you slowed it down. I am still new to yoga and I am also out of shape. This was very easy to do and it was not too challenging. I have subscribed and I am going to share.

  2. I felt energised after this routine. I thought the pace was good and with time I know I will get better at doing each pose. My particular issue is that I retain alot of stress around my shoulders and find that area stiff particularly on my left side, This routine was helpful in working out that area and the reminder to breathe into my body also helped me to connect to problem areas. Thank you.
