  2. Jeeze.. I read all of these comments talking bout how they didn’t get past the first few exercises and I was like – at least I’m not THAT unfit. I did the first 30 seconds of jump squats and then laid down on my yoga mat for 5 minutes….. damn Sarah. Looks like I’ll be sticking round here for a while.. 🤷🏽‍♀️

  5. two months ago i'd do this and DIE like to the point where i collapsed and just had to lie there for a few minutes to regain my breath sksksk now im so much better at sustaining the exercises for the entire 30 seconds!! i've lost 4 kgs so far by doing this several times a week

  6. I only did this until the 6:52 mark because I literally couldn’t anymore my chest (heart) was hurting I couldn’t catch my breath so I had to give up I’ll try this again tomorrow and I’m hoping I get better at this. This is a great workout I’ll maybe try to update you guys

  7. I'm doing this workout everyday sometimes twice a day I'm praying it helps me get to the point where i feel good about myself again. I had a baby n that was 2 years ago n I'm even bigger now than i was i just have been so depressed and I'm trying to do something about it. It's cute my two year old trys to do the workouts with me lol thank u for ur videos!
