Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, low impact (no jumping!), total body sculpting barre-inspired workout that you can do in a small space, with just one (or two) sets of lighter dumbbells. This floor work free, non-stop sculpting session provides a total body strength session in just 20 minutes!

Equipment Needed: One or two sets of dumbbells (2-8 lbs, depending on level)

Intensity: Moderate 

Floor Work: No
