Best workout video…I have searched and tried a lot others….but this one is just awesome….not only I lost weight but it keeps me energised whole day…and the best part is there is no pain in muscles so that keeps u going and perform better each day….at beginning steps seems difficult but once u learn the names of the steps and way to do it…u can just hear her voice and switch to steps…it becomes so easy….pls be patient and s sge says don't give up..😎

  3. It's the best video to do zumba … specially for beginners… all others are so fast and difficult to catch up.. in this video, u teach the step first, which is a great thing.
