  1. Gosh u really call this yoga do u even know what yoga is ?? It’s a Indian thing none of these are yoga asanas or Kariya’s …lol shiv ji was type first yogi.. please learn real words of asan like a RDH chakra asana etc use them

I don't know much about yoga but I do notice that the buoyancy of water takes a lot of axial load off my spine which is good because currently I am overweight…6', 240 and I need to improve my spine flexibility. Swimming laps has been good to start losing weight but the idea of water yoga is very interesting especially at this stage into my getting back into fitness stage.

  3. A Very Important problem that I see with your workout, the reason to do any workout in a Pool is the resistance and the ease on your body. When you stand in the pool and do Arm movements Out of pool you are not getting hose benefits, you might as well be on land. To get the whole reason for Pool workout you need to do your arms under the water!!!
