  2. all in all it was a good work out but i felt like not working the respective muscles but others, i.e. when lifting the arm with the dumbbell when standing in this side plank. i felt my arm on the ground an my legs more than the moving arm (maybe because my dumbbell is lighter?) sometimes a bit too much of explanations/ talking. Also felt like the way the exercice was done was not challenging enough, i.e. the last one with mountain climbers: the squat jump was confusing and also interrupting the tension on the muscles. I simply continued with the mountain climbers and then had more challenge.
    Nice trainer though and the but lift/hip move core exercise was really cool, never done it before!
