  1. Woah that was intense. I never read ahead what exercises to expect, I like to be surprised, and maybe it's a good thing. Burpee thigh slaps followed by broad jumps and jacks. Why not add a few star jumps in the mix! Wowza! 🙂 Great workout thanks!

  2. This was painful but it felt amazing at the same time. The shorter workouts always give me a better burn but this gave me the same and it was 45 minutes long. I’m totally going to keep doing this.

  3. If there was a Loved button I would have hit it. This workout was fantastic! I loved how you included so much ab workout in the beginning and then that cardio afterwards was great! I felt my abs the whole time!

  4. I did as some commented and did the HIIT section after the warmup then the ab section and cool down. I used an 8 Ibs weighted vest during the HIIT section and it was really hard but awesome! Anyone looking for cardio plus abs like I was, this was great!!
