  1. I think I love you 😂 I just joined a gym and hit the arm machines everyday I'm there but just did this from my couch with no weights & my arms are on fire! Will add this to my routine during commercials!!!

    I did 5 sets of this work out with 2 pounds, plus the other arm workouts that I added in and major killer abs work out. I felt the burn on the arms, I can barely raise my arm lol. Try it !!!!!
