    Step 1:do workout like jumpsquat and frontkick
    Step 2:drink enormous water 2-3 liters
    Step 3: avoid junk food and eat healthy snack such as carrot cucumber . avoid cheese,white bread,pasta.
    Step 4: drink detox water such as green tea,ginger tea haldi tea.chia seed water she gives in description box
    Step 5:do some cardio workout for 40 min just like cycling, walking etc.
    Steps maybe change but this is what she said in video.

    Yar i have a little doubt about that can we repeat same exercise for 3 weeks?? Like in gym they say that thigh workout should not be done more than twice a week.
