This workout BURNED SO GOOD! It’s a full body low-impact workout today so grab your light dumbbells and get ready to pulse it out!

I am taking you through a full body low impact workout today with pilates style movements! I used 3 and 5 pound dumbbells to really set my muscles on fire and really challenge myself. This workout is for all levels so join me as we use controlled movements to really set the burn into our muscles and stay in control of our core! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds so get ready to CRUSH IT with me!

I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

  4. I'm used to vigorous strength training workouts… but this workout taught me that not all workouts need to be rough! My abs were burning when I was done! We also need days to relax on our bodies without beating them up with intense workouts! Thanks, Sydney! This was great!
