  1. You really don’t have to eat diet food just watch what u eat like eat small portions of what u eat. You still can eat junk food just not a lot. Can I get a least 13 likes because I’m 13 Im just helping people out

  2. I do this 3 times a week in the evenings before tea and it feels great! Rest day in between so as to keep motivation going.

  3. Guys, this is a workout just to stay healthy. But you need to be on a caloric deficit if you wanna lose weight. Do this exercise first thing in the morning then go to the gym in the evening and see the results

  4. I actually like this really much because I want to loose some weight but I don't really have the time to go to the gym or something like that. I'm doing this for a week now and I noticed that I feel so much better since then because I know that I've done something to help my body. It's not much but I really appreciate this workout 🙏🏻

You should be ASHAMED to "sell your story " of 7 min. workout to BURN calories !!! this is total Bull$hit ! in 7 min. you can not even burn a 95 calories… that is NOTHING for a serious FAT BURNING session of 1,000 to 1,200 cal a modern athhete OR a human being needs !!! SHAME on you… you filthy channel of RUBBISH…
