  2. No lie, I actually saw a woman using the low row machine (number 2) to do donky kicks while on all fours!! It was easily the weirdest thing I've seen so far in the gym!

  3. What is happening with this camera lens? The focal length is creating a fish-eye effect thats not flattering. An easy fix is the pull the camera way back (like 4-6 ft) and then zoom in.

  4. From the lines of the movie "The Sixth Sense" – I see stupid people all the time. They walk around the gym like regular people. They are not pros. They only do what they want to do. They don't know they're being stupid. LOL

  5. Thanks for the advice on calves!! I gave up doing seated Calf raises because I couldn't pick up dumbbells heavy enough to feel it in my calves! Im team mega calves 😏😏 team noodle arms 😅

  6. I might not be an expert but seated (key – knee at 90 degrees) and standing calf raises engage or at least emphasise different muscles in calves, soleus and gastrocnemius respectively. So you still need both of these exercises as they are not strictly substitutes. For seated one the machine with plates is preferable as it allows a lot of weight and maximum ROM, especially necessary if you do something like yoga and have a big rom in your feet. Correct me if I'm wrong.
