  1. I'm planning my first day on
new year with you…. . I'm selecting your classes while I'm wacthing flamenco interpretacion….. Quite bizarre¡!!!!! Kisses from Spain

  2. A couple of navigation tips; you can pause the video by hitting the "k" key, and back it up ten seconds by hitting the "j" key. my comment posted 07/05/2018

  3. This is really poorly done; no preparation or stretching. Plus, this got nothing to do with yoga. Kino's focus is on where your body is, and how far you can go; not where your breath and mind is.

  4. I've found this video about a week ago and even if you're "runnig" in (with humility, I mean as you explain it in the video) and it's wonderful like all of your videos. It's a beautiful journey and looking for the wisdom, peace and humility is such a great thing in our life. I know I'm like a peace of dust compared to a jogi but in my world I aimed to know the universe through philosophy, literature and oriental religions.
Thank You to make my days, doesn't matter if "runnig" or I can do 80 mins. Namaste!
