  1. For Arnold teaching someone this stuff would kinda be a like a world class football player teaching someone how to kick a ball. “What you do is you take your leg, you bend it backwards at the knee and then bring it forward REALLY FAST so when your foot touches the ball, it goes FORWARD!”
    “So you move the bar down to your chest and then you push it up”
    “And which muscles are working here?”
    “Your legs, genius…”

  2. as tiny as the host is, it looked like he did pretty well with 65 pounds. dude probably doesnt lift at all making that even better Arnold being encouraging makes it even better though.
