  1. Nice! I'm a PT dancer I'm getting a GFI certification I may teach Barre since not many people are not into complicated choreography intense cardio nor on my own "crazy fitness" that how people called it for me is challenging myself I like to create my own technique but it can be done by athletes yes they are hard.

  2. I’ve never seen a barre workout that doesn’t look like it will eventually destroy your knees. I’d love to try one but repetitive pliés in a forced arch look so painful.

  3. I've never really understood what barre was, but this reminds me of ballerinas. In my town, we have nothing like this. I do HIIT but variety is good. It keeps it interesting. When I was young, I was obsessed with gymnasts and flexibility.
