  2. omg fell so bad up at the wall of all things. had an unruly rug under me that slipped away, but u know what!!! if not for the rug wouldve been completely ok and falling just made me feel how not scary it is! thank u this was incredibly helpful and i'll be using it daily to get that handstand <3

  3. Thank you so much for all your videos! I have been practicing yoga for a long time but recently took up Ashtanga. After practicing jump through and back with you yesterday, I went to Mysore pratice and did it! I think my teachers were impressed. But not only that, being able to do these more acrobatic postures and movements allows me to flow with my breath more efficiently. You have been so helpful…. and given me so much confidence and inspiration.

  4. Hey Kino, thanks for this great video! One question: should I alternate which leg I jump off into the handstand with? Or is it okay to have a dominant leg I jump off at the beginning stages of the practice?
