  2. 😀THANKS BBBD for the information! I have a home gym with mostly second hand equipment. The adjustable dumbbells would be perfect b/c I only have 1 lb.- 8 lb. dumbbells. I also have a few stretch bands, but, I need to kick it up a notch b/c my arm need to be toned. OH, SISTER, the way my financial life is set up right now… 😅 that set might have to be put on virtual layaway 🤣😂 Thanks again! -Jamie Greene, Savannah, GA

  3. It was very encouraging to watch I'm just starting my way Journey since February I have lost 12 lb but I still struggle to eat the proper Foods I'm try to work out more I love running slash jogging thank you so much for always uplift women we need more of that in our community

  7. I am going to being tracking my measurements. In the past, I have neglected this step and am easily convinced nothing I am doing is working. In doing this, I will be able to see my non scale victories.

  11. Dr. Nina this was very informative. I think taking your measurements and using a good scale like the one from Vanity Planet are things I will implement. Can you do a video about body types and how that affects weightloss? Knowing what type of workout works for your body is so important…
