  3. I have done two of the videos and both times you suggested a pose that my go to yoga YouTube yogi suggested. One that she rarely does. It is exactly like they ( you and my other teacher say it too) say, “you are exactly where you need to be and doing exactly what you need to be doing”. Thanks again for a beautiful practice. By the way both practice had different themes. So this was no coincidence.
