Full Body Workout | Resistant Band | Home Workout
Hey guys, welcome back to another home workout video.
This week, I wanted to share with you how I add resistance to my home workouts.
I travel with this one resistant band all the time, and it is great because I can do a full body workout with it. In this routine, we are doing arms, abs, legs and the bum.
There are 3 circuits in total, and we do each circuit twice. If you need to take a break at any time, please do!
