Hey guys, welcome back to another home workout video.

This week, I wanted to share with you how I add resistance to my home workouts.

I travel with this one resistant band all the time, and it is great because I can do a full body workout with it. In this routine, we are doing arms, abs, legs and the bum.

There are 3 circuits in total, and we do each circuit twice. If you need to take a break at any time, please do!

I have just started weight watchers and lost 5.6 pounds last week and was looking for a strength training workout to incorporate into my walking and cycling routine. I do have a band at home already so I was so happy to see that this is something I can easily incorporate. Thank you again .

  3. Great workout! Good resistance band workouts are so hard to find! This one has different and unexpected moves. You should do a whole series of these!! Arms, glutes, and abs!!

  4. Looks good for a quick burn for sure. 👍😊   Have you ever tried the bands /straps that can also be attached to doorways Holly ??  I think those may also have adjustable levels of resistance.
