  3. Why? I’ve tried *everything*, seriously everything out there. Different exercises, different youtubers workouts, actually every youtubers workout, but nothing works, instead I gained weight. I took care of my diet, my eating, my sleep, and working out everyday, why doesn’t it work?

    Most of the time I feel so demotivated and I say to myself, “fine, be as fat as you want, if one day you become obese, so be it, might as well I eat everything and get fat”….probs I’m just cursed to be like this

  5. Hey, Chloe! I need quite a lot of help at the moment, but I’m not sure if you are able to give information and advice on this, but my main goal is to gain weight and get to 56kg. I would like to gain thicker and bigger legs because my legs are quite thin and they don’t hold too much strength. I do exercise, but I’m not sure if it’s right. I’m certainly planning on using your ab workouts when I get settles on a leg workout.

  6. Just wondering, how do you not have a 6 pack despite doing all these workouts, I want 11abs but I'm scared I get a 6 pack lines instead of 11 abs lines, or like how exactly does the 11 or 6 abs form?
