1st round: HOLDING TWO BARS 200kg/440lbs – 50kg/110lbs in each hand per athlete
2nd round: ROLLING THUNDER GRIP 60kg/132lbs
3rd round: Hanging from FAT GRIP RINGS

  1. The last challenge is rather pathetic. The guy on the left is too tall for the rings. He has to keep his legs folded, so as not to touch the ground.

  2. Is no one going to mention how the body builder totally out weighs everyone by a long shot and is likely the only one there on steroids?? It may be unfair how many sets he had to do but shit was unfair for anyone who went up against him to begin with!

  3. Still exercising all the muscles expect the one that matters the most. Some of the events measure grip strength relative to weight, other not (these should be entirely different categories). Retarded format means that some people get easy round and others not (on a seemingly random basis). Results mean absolutely nothing.

  4. arm length is proportional to height, doesn't matter how tall you are your hands end in the same place (obviously there are knuckle dragging freaks but that has nothing to do with their height)
