Medium Intensity Espresso Flow.
I have created “espresso shots” as concentrated yoga flow workout classes that focus on giving you a well-rounded strength, cardio and flexibility building class in a shorter amount of time.
We will start with a fluid warm up working on the facia tissue. Increasing the fascia’s elasticity is key to healing the body. The belly fascia movement can help with haling the core muscles, strengthening them and increasing the skin’s elasticity.
Neck exercises.
Chair variations.
Booty Vinyasa Flow plus twists and other yummy poses.
Stretching the hip flexors, quads, and hips.
Some Planks and chaturangas to be expected.
Warrior one to warrior three combinations focused on glute isolation and glute building.
Oblique stretches.
Warrior two combinations.
Plie squats.
Frog inner thigh stretch.
All fourscore work.
Low squat butt building walks.
Increasing pulse wall hip thrusts or bridge pulses.
Pigeon stretch
Baddha Konasana
Face stretches

I'd like a class or two for back fat and bra bulge/strong back/posture, and then also another variety like breath work or dancing like the heros journey challenge that was beautiful every day something new and I learned soooo much because some classes was the first time I was exposed to specific practices or techniques and exercises. All in all, your an amazing teacher, am forever grateful you share your gift with the world!
