  1. In my mind, this is pretentious crap. Sorry for having the opinion but… come on, it's like 20 grams of food on that plate… I'm not satisfied with 200 grams of frosted fruit roulade , I would frankly consider this dish an insult if it were to be presented to me. I guess, I could accept my main problem is portion size.
