  1. Pro tip its better to cook noodles by pouring water over top of them and letting them cook that way for 6-12min in cup with or pot with lid off the heat. then boiling them in a pot over a stove.

  2. This recipe is okay except for the fact that you are rinsing the noodles with cold water after you have cooked them…. the whole point of these noodles is that there is starch that makes them stick to the sauce! Rinsing them is a very good way of getting dry noodles that will not blend with the sauce at all!

  3. wouldn't it be better if you set the chicken, garlic and ginger aside before frying the veggies. The more food you have in the wok the more will be steamed instead of seared.

  4. tbh this is a bad recipe.you do not cook with sesame oil.its only for flawor. sprinkle some of sesame oil on noodles and use vegetable oil for cooking. fry the meat, set aside and clean the wok. then fry the vegatables ans ad the meat and noodles. season to taste. it

  5. Im wondering if I bought the eggs noodles from the super market and I make it the same as this one is it still healthy of not ? Many says noodles isn't healthy but still wondering
