Curry Spiced Peanuts – Healthy Recipes – For Food Lovers!
When curry meets peanuts, it’s a combination you wouldn’t want to miss!
- 1 cup skinless raw peanuts
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
- Pinch of Cayenne pepper
Toss the peanuts in oil and make sure every one is well coated. Mix all the other ingredients together and toss it with the peanuts.
In a lightly greased cake pan, air fry at 350F (175C) for 12-14 minutes, stirring 2-3 times in the middle. Let cool completely on a plate before serving.
