  1. Where have these stretches been all my life! Everything from my waist down is so so tight and I still can’t do that damn downward dog, but I feel like these stretches will really help my hamstrings and calf muscles calm the hell down and stretch out. P.S. I love vinyasa

  2. I just googled Pranamasana or Anjali Mudra as it is one of the poses we do a bit. In Hinduism it means "I bow to the divine in you" and I do. Namaste. Thank you for your time.

  3. Day 11 done! It was one of those days where everything was conspiring against me – my internet was out, so I had to pull the video up on my cellular connection on my phone. Then my battery was about to die. Then my dog decided that during my yoga practice was a good time to bring me his squeaky ball and pester me to throw it for him to fetch! Given all of that, I’m proud that I powered through and finished the video!

  4. One thing I don't like about these videos is that the volume is always so low. It's actually hard for me to hear them at max volume over the sounds of the street or the AC. But apart from that they are great!

  5. You are truly a guru, you bring me closer to god or that place in me that is loving awareness, you show me my own potential to be like Christ within my own lifetime, you are doing holy work, I can't thank you enough, I love you and slowly I'm learning to love everybody else too, ❤❤❤.

  6. Almost didn't do today as I wanted to watch netflix and eat pizza… But i did it (at 8.30 at night!) and this day is by far my favourite day! I feel amazing and I am starting to feel so much more flexible (I could do the full lizard pose!) as i have very poor flexibility and these results make me feel so happy with myself. This comment is a bit of a shambles, but oh well. (and yes, i did eat pizza and watch netflix in the end as well as yoga 🙂 )

  7. I was wondering what else to practice after this challenge is over as a beginner I mean. Other than that thank you so much for your devotion and commitment. You re so unique as you are. Love you 😘
