Baking Soda 1/2 cup
Citric Acid 1/4 cup
*you can purchase at most speciality food or ethnic grocery stores or online

Cornstarch 1/4 cup
Epsom Salt (or sea salt) 1/4 cup
Castor Oil (or any vegetable oil) 3 tsp
Essential Oil 1 tsp
Soap or Food Coloring
Water 1 tbs (this amount can vary slightly depending on the humidity level where you live)

Soap Molds (you can find at any craft store)

Plastic Ornament Mold (I bought at Joanne’s Fabric individually for $2, you can also buy online)

  2. Mine sunk 🙁 and I made so many before actually testing them! Darn!!! I’m going to try putting my finger in the middle to lighten it and make it spin. Hopefully that works!

  3. I tried this out and it REALLY doesn’t work.
    I used lemon juice rather than citric acid because I don’t have it in supermarkets near me. Citric acid is in lemon juice. Also it fizzed as soon as I mixed it together.
    Help! 😬
