  2. Hello! Heather you are amazing, and you do what you are doing to perfection, I just love and wait eagerly for your uploads and I adore the variations. For me online videos is the only thing which keeps me going as I am from India and because of our farms,which is a back of beyond area no access to any gyms etc.and both my husband and myself are particular about health and fitness, he does cycling and like I just said working out for me is an adrenalin rush,and feel incomplete without my good feeling of the endorphins after working out. So all the best and keep doing what like I said you are superb at 🤗

  3. oh this nearly killed me and its only my warm up i wasnt working out in 3 years for health reasons but today is last day of week 2 it wasnt easy and monday week 3 its only gonna get harder thank you for all your videos they have helped me so much full body, arms, abs and then booty i couldnt have gotten this far without yur videos i would have paid a personal trainer to show me what u kindly shared. i wasnt ready to go back to the gym and couldnt remember what to do without gym machines. so im really thanking you from my heart yur amazing xx

You deserve a zillion subscriber. Keep going. One small suggestion, try working out in nature, see if your subscribers number increase dramatically.
