Full Body Workout | Circuit Workout | Intense Workout
Welcome back to another weekly, workout video. This week, we are switching things up and doing a full body workout! I have been loving workouts that incorporate the whole body – toning my arms, abs, legs, and butt at the same time.
For this workout, we are doing 3 circuits. Two circuits, will be repeated twice and the last will only be done once – you will see why!
