  1. Yo Chris, ya boy Soc look like he dont need pre-workout, he seems like 1 of few people i met in life that always got energy and never drink coffee, feelin his energy, and yo are doing a damn good job helping out a friend, not many people show that kind of love

  2. @pumpchasers i want to buy one of your programs but I don’t know which one I should go with; classic physique or the hoeready program. Anyone have any suggestions or which one to choose? Trying to become more aesthetic/ proportionate
