  1. gains! Wyd about cheat days on lean bulk in general btw? Do they slow down muscle growth since i need to compensate them by eating at a minimal deficit/mainteance 6 days a week? My weekly calories are still at 1400-2000 surplus. So is it more important to be in a weekly calorie surplus or is daily much better?

    I have a few questions for you if you could give me some tips man. I'm trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time while doing intermittent fasting. I saw some results the first month but not this month. I'm not gonna hide it I have been bullshitting a bit and cheating a bit with biscuits/sweets.
    If I can control my cravings do you think intermittent fasting is suitable for body re-composition? It seems counter-intuitive and people would think you'd burn fat AND muscle?

    What app do you use to track macros?

  6. Nick I had asked you on IG about your butt. Maybe you can reply here. Do you think that someone can grow a bigger butt from workout and a person has to have something to begin with? Lol. I always bear people saying you can a bigger butt, but what about those who have negative booty? 😖 Has your butt always been this big or has all the workouts helped i crease its size? Thanks. I hope you can reply. Great video as always.

  7. When you mix your eggs in a bowl, add a teaspoon of sour cream and stir it up. It adds a nice taste and makes them fluffier.
    You can add a little to the eggs when they are done, or mix it up, or both if you want.
    Give it a try sometime.

  8. Hi Nick, I simmer cut up chicken breast with salsa and the put that over a little elbow pasta with shredded cheddar cheese and some sour cream. Try it one day. Never thought about hamburger meat. I will try that. Thanks for sharing. :0)
