Function Training Circuit
This type of training help to burn fat with minimal risk of injuries

Workout plan:
3 sets – 12 reps
-resisted back kick / Front Raise
-elevated split squat / Front Press
-wall sit / Front Push
-squat / plantar flexion

⚠️No rest between motions (r=0sec)
⚠️Rest between Sets (R=30 sec)

⚠️You can Increase level by adding more reps (12-16 reps)
Or adding more weights
