Garlic Miso Marinated Chicken – Healthy Recipes – For Food Lovers!
Tender marinated chicken thighs drizzled with its own drippings makes this a delicious meat dish that goes perfectly with a some rice or noodles.
- 6 boneless skinless thicken thighs
- 4 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 Tablespoon water
- 2 Tablespoon miso paste
- 2 Tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 Tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Marinate the chicken thighs with all the ingredients combined and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
Line the fryer basket with a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil. Air fry the chicken thighs, without stacking, at 380F (190C) for about 13-15 minutes until the meat temperature exceeds 165F (74C), flip once in the middle. Slice the chicken thighs when cooled enough to touch.
Save the dripping.
Thinly slice green onion and place them over the chicken. Then, pour the hot drippings over the chicken to serve.
