  1. I often make this dish with pork and add onions, Carrots and Bell Pepper or spur chilies if i have them. I also add spring onions or leek at the end. I personally deep fry the meat with some Oil in a wok and the trick of Black soy is a super trick because it gives an appetizing color. I dont make it spicy because some People in my family dont like spicy but i do make it "peppery"

  2. I found your video from asking about the best Thai garlic chicken recipe on FB. I changed a few things but it was amazing! Used 4 breasts, no mountain sauce subbed soy, doubled the rest of sauces and added a tbs of chili garlic sauce. Used one whole garlic and both green onion and cilantro. Added broccoli and cooked up some rice as well. I’m in heaven, thank you!

  3. LoL, I've had to watch this recipe about 3 times because I keep getting distracted by how HOT you are! Love watching you cook, and I love your awesome recipes too! 😜👍

  4. Any substitute for golden mountain sauce? I can't find it in here. Would some shrimp paste make up for the saltiness of the golden mountain sauce? Thanks in advance.

  5. Shrimp paste is Umami. I love your recipes. Authentic Thai, however I am on a mission to convert my British friends to realise how good Thai food is!! Carry on inspiring me. My Paypal account is being hammered with all the new ingredients you are exposing me to!!
