  1. Too much "chatting"> I am NOT in the park, I do NOT hear the birds, etc> too much distraction. I just need well produced video with good vocal instruction where I do not have to have visual at all times. Moving on> Namaste

  3. I’ve just started my yoga journey Adriene but sadly I have tendinitis and sore wrists in my right arm. Do you have any recommendations for modifications for the all fours pose or transition that comes up in your videos?

    I’m really enjoying them though, thanks for all you do!

  4. I chose this practice to try to be gentle after blood donors, always feel a little tired for a while, so this was good, taking it steady😊. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

  5. I love all of the yoga videos by adriene especially being so new to this and doing this for self care and strength mgt after being on bedrest from a chronic illness for many many months. Some of the poses make me shake as I do not have the arm muscle or leg muscle built up yet. I know that if I keep on practicing I will build up strength and endurance, If I can keep up with yoga I will buy a mat also. I do like the escape and how zen it is. She also describes the breathing and poses so well! If anyone has any tips or words of wisdom I would kindly accept! Thank you for everything!

  6. Way too quick of a pace for me, especially this morning. Yet such a gentle and peaceful practice. I felt incredibly good in the lying position at the end of the video, focusing on my breath and listening to the birds chirp <3 It might sound weird for some (def NOT for me) but yoga is so much more powerful in natural environments!

  8. Today I intended to do more powerful practice but 10 minutes into it I realised my body was not going along with it at all (which had never happened before). So I switched for this one and am happy I listened to my body. It turned to be exactly what I needed 🙏🏻

  13. Very soothing and informative for a begginer like me. I tried another yoga and the woman was trying so hard to appear happy I changed the video after seconds. Glad I found your video ! Third time doing yoga in 3 days !
