Gentle Yoga at the Wall – Stretches for Lower Back, Hamstrings, Hips & Inner Thighs (30 Minutes)

Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – This is a gentle yoga practice at the wall for the lower back, hips, inner thighs, and hamstrings. This stretch routine will help relieve tension and tightness in the lower body. This 30-minute yoga class is also great for stress relief and relaxation. We hold the poses anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes and I leave you with 5 minutes of Savasana music. You can stay in your final relaxation pose as long as you like.

I thank God I was able to complete this task today. While stretching, I notice one side of my body did seem tighter than the other side. Thank you so much for everything.   3. I tried this stretching today and i really enjoyed relaxing however when i put my legs back up the wall for final relaxation my legs were trembling. Is this normal or am i overstretching?

  4. Thank God I found your teachings I was in so much pain from my neck to my arms and my lower back for months. My knees were giving up on me as well to the point of no return. But after doing these wonderful pose's I'm relaxed and the pain and pressure is gone I will be sending these routine to all my friends and continue doing your technique as well… thank you….be blessed and keep doing what you do…

  6. I’m so stiff my lowers body I had cancer and I was in hospital forever I lost muscle and now I can’t sit in floor they have to left me physically and also I can’t reach my feet I’m so stiff need advice plz I can’t afford therapy looking for things I can do from home
