Grilled Cheese Avocado Toast – Healthy Recipes – For Food Lovers!
Eggs, avocado, and grilled cheese over toast, what a healthy nutritious way to start the day.
Makes 3 slices of toasts
- 1-2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 avocado cut into small cubes
- 3 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1-2 Tablespoon pickled jalapeno, chopped
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 slices of white toast
- 3 slices of cheddar cheese
Mix the egg, avocado, mayo, chopped jalapeno, salt and pepper and lemon juice together.
Spread 1/3 of the mixture onto a piece of toast then put a slice of cheese over it. Air fry at 380F (190C) for 4-5 minutes until you achieve the desired level of char on your cheese.
