    Its day 2 of the yoga ritual, lovin’ it so far. 20 mins here and 20 mins their, kinda difficult when you have a busy schedule but I am here learn to be more disciplined. I’ll do it everyday, no skipping. 1 full year. Lets go!

  6. I want to thank you for all of your amazing videos. Because of you I am able to practice in my living room, outdoors, hotel room, etc. I've been searching for balancing poses for beginners (tree, dancer, crow,) I think it would be great to have a video based purely on yoga balancing poses. Again, thank you for your dedication to the practice and all of your followers. 🙂

The only negative I have for any of Adriene's video is she sometimes loses focus and goes on tangents about variations of feeling your breath which means you wind up holding poses for a very long time on one side and not the other if you're following her actions in the video. For example, in this video tree pose on the right side was held for 3 minutes (14:3017:30) and only 1 minute (17:4518:45) on the left side. If I had known she was going to spend a full minute explaining variations I would have waited to start getting into the pose. My body feels uneven now.

  8. Non harming: good reminder! In my attempts to support healthier/earth friendly choices, I realize my words can harm & offend others when I criticize their food choices and purchases. I need to be more considerate 🙏🌎
