  2. I've made a commitment with myself for myself to get me a nice booty so I'm gonna update here starting today April 29th.
    Day 1. Jumping squats and fire hydrants are really a killer for me. But I made it to the end!!!
    Day 2. I'm feeling a slightly change in my muscles. I feel so damn good. Btw I added ankle weights.

    Day 1: no results obviously cuz I just started (for anyone who's thinking of give up, dont do it you'll see your results soon keep going you can do this!)

    day four: the work out is wayy harder and i do see a small difference my butt looks more lifted!
    day five: my bf said im getting thick. and my hips look a bit wider! haven’t exercised but will do after school.

  7. So I'm gonna get READY FOR summer soo im gonna do this 6 times a week. I can't say I 'm flat because im not, but my booty needs to be better. I' m gonna build my booty for a month and then cut my calories so i have a flat tummy. Im starting MAY FIRST. I'll keep you updated
