Healthy Blueberry Crisp

Millionaire’s Shortbread
1/2 cup + 3 tbs coconut flour
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
10-12 dates
1 tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil

Freezer Fudge
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbs cocoa powder
1 tbs stevia
1 tbs peanut butter
dash himalayan pink salt

  1. They all look delicious! But if you bake the coconut flour base in the caramel squares recipe for ten minutes until lightly golden and crisp, they would taste even better:)

  2. Literally going to make all of these. I have pcos and have found adding healthy fats and coconut oils to my diet have helped me soo much and for once I'm actually losing weight and becoming fit. I learn so many recipes from yours videos and tweak them to my dietary needs. Thanks so much
