  1. Adriene, I did this practice with my family and I tried to instruct them the feeling and the movements of this practice as I learned from you. In that moment I just loved yoga again and again because I was trying to know my soul, love and help myself, now I am sharing it with my family and helping them. THIS IS SOMETHING INCREDIBLE.

  12. First day of OPEN ! Yey ! When you say ‘swift’ Adriene I always prepare myself for some vinyasa or flow, but I was surprised how slow and kind and purposeful this practice is.
